This two-ingredient cocktail was invented in Bermuda in the 1860s by the Gosling family of Gosling’s Rum. After distilling their first dark rum, the family created a signature ginger beer. One day, the two Gosling products were poured over ice and garnished with lime. The rest is history.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces rum
5 ounces ginger beer
How to make it:
Pour ginger beer into tall glass filled with ice, then add rum.
