This is absolutely basic, easy to implement and who could dislike anyone with such qualities?
How to influence other people?
1. Don not criticize, condemn or complain.
2. When you must give constructive criticism, begin with honest appreciation.
3. Show respect for others’ opinions.
4. When you’re wrong, admit it quickly and emphatically.
5. Be sympathetic to other people’s ideas and desires.
6. Appeal to nobler motives.
7. Ask questions rather than giving orders.
8. Use encouragement. Praise every improvement.
Again, this is all basic, easy to implement and no rocket science. It works wonder!
