Leaders make same mistakes – Handling of pandemic is no exception

Political leaders make the same mistakes repeatedly. They simply do not learn from the past. The handling of the COVID-19 pandemic is no exception.

The COVID-19 virus is dangerous and can be lethal, but survival rates for all groups are 99.2%. For those under 65 who have no pre-conditions, the survival rate goes up even to 99.8%. The latest omicron variant appears to be more contagious but less lethal than earlier variants. It may even mark the end of the pandemic as these infections provide immunity without high rates of hospitalization and death. That is exactly how pandemics end.

But political leaders world-wide have not learned any lessons. They are working overtime to destroy economies, implement restrictions with negative long term effects, and violate individual human rights.

Some politicians around the world are now calling even for mandatory vaccinations. It is publicly known that these vaccinations don’t stop infection and the spread of the virus. Therefore, any sort of reason for a mandatory vaccination should already be off the table. Besides mandatory vaccinations have no reasoning, this is a violation of the Nuremberg Code adopted after World War II to prevent involuntary experimentation on humans. Despite government approvals, the vaccines are officially still experimental because long-term studies on efficacy and side effects have not been completed. The fact that politicians have not learned anything from the horrific experimentation on humans is highly disturbing.
