Patience doesn’t mean waiting. It means: getting in and hold on!

Just imagine where you think the financial markets will be in 2052. 2052? That’s a long way off. But just think about, if you could have invested in 1992 based on what you know today. I bet you would have done it then or would you wait until today? I guess not!

So, what are we waiting on today? The big opportunities that are ahead of us, despite the recent crypto sell-off, is the digitization of everything!

Let’s think about what will happen in the next 30 years:

The technology will exist to allow for every asset on earth to be digitized and available to be bought and sold instantaneously. Moving markets into a cloud infrastructure is a must. There will be a lot of more machine learning into market decisions, crime management, managing markets for competitiveness and fairness. The digital-asset ecosystem will mature very materially to become mainstream.

The blockchain technology is already an early version of technologies that will ultimately be used to further digitize the infrastructure of financial services.

There are fundamental changes on the horizon that will reconstruct the infrastructure of global markets and the architecture of finance as we know it today. We are moving towards a boundless virtual economy. Digital assets will be widely embraced and securitized, and we will see asset avatars that exist in more than one form between traditional assets, digital native assets and tokenized versions of traditional assets. In this meta-world, market participants will be able to respond to after-hours announcements and overseas events at any time of day and across time zones. The 24/7 availability of these transactions will reduce operational risk, streamline payments across platforms globally, and enhance the consumer and client experience. An be certain: the future will be virtual, and it will be boundless.

The way to think about it is the way we accessed the internet 25 years ago versus the way we do it now.
Imagine investing back then with the knowledge we have now. How many people back then said the web was just a fad, something only the academic crowd would find useful.

30 years is a long time. The big profits won’t be made all at once in 2052. No, like Amazon, Google and Microsoft among many others, didn’t soar and then stopped. The big gains suddenly happened, then more and then even some more. In the stock market, 30 years of gains come suddenly and step by step. This is when you want to be in it. With other words: You have to be in it… to win it.
Patience doesn’t mean waiting to get in. It means, getting in for the long-term and not getting out. Now is the time to get in and have some patience! You will get rewarded. Most-likely on the way and long before 2052!
