Reality is, most of us are aging faster than we should be. We can’t control our chronological age, but there are some steps you can take to slow down biological age. Our chronological age is how long we have actually be living on earth. Our biological age is how fast our body is aging. How fast we age, for the most part, is completely up to us. Premature aging is not only what you can see on the outside. Smoking, drinking, bad dieting, lack of exercise, stress, sleep disorder and some of the reason we might age earlier than we should.
To find out your biological age you can take the Real Age Test, a more quiet long questionnaire. Instead of giving blood or saliva samples to test your biological age, the Real Age test is a good starter.
Here are a few tips to slow down your biological aging:
1.) Manage Stress, be mindful and meditate
2.) Exercise
3.) Eat a Healthy Diet
4.) Maintain an Ideal Weight
5.) Sleep At Least 7 Hours To Reverse Telomere Old Age
6.) Avoid Loneliness
